Nachdem wir bereits nahezu eine Million Patienten behandelt haben, erweitern wir nun unser Angebot um moderne, patientenzentrierte Klinikstandorte, die medizinische Exzellenz mit einem herausragenden Serviceerlebnis verbinden.Als Clinic Lead (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Erfolg unseres Klinikstandorts. Die Position ist in Teilzeit mit 20 Stunden pro Woche ausgeschrieben. Du stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren, führst ein interdisziplinäres Team und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem exzellente Patientenbetreuung, operative Exzellenz und wirtschaftlicher Erfolg Hand in Hand gehen. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen medizinischem Personal, Operations und Management prägst du maßgeblich das Patientenerlebnis und den Aufbau unserer Klinikorganisation.Deine AufgabenVerantwortung für den Klinikbetrieb: Du steuerst das Tagesgeschäft der Klinik und sorgst für effiziente Terminplanung, optimale Auslastung der Behandlungsräume, reibungslose Patientenabläufe und höchste Servicequalität in allen Bereichen.Führung & Teamentwicklung: Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst unser Team aus Empfangsmitarbeitern, medizinischen Fachangestellten und Behandlungsspezialisten. Dabei schaffst du eine Kultur der Eigenverantwortung, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.Exzellente Patientenerfahrung: Du stellst sicher, dass jeder Patient vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Nachsorge eine persönliche und hochwertige Betreuung erlebt und identifizierst kontinuierlich Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung des Serviceerlebnisses.Prozess- & Qualitätsmanagement: Du implementierst und optimierst operative Prozesse, Standards und SOPs und sorgst für deren konsequente Einhaltung im gesamten Klinikbetrieb.Budgetverantwortung & Performance Management: Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung und das Kostencontrolling des Standorts.
