Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and addressing employee concerns. Drive productivity, quality, and efficiency improvements in warehouse operations. Identify and reduce controllable expenses while improving cost productivity and outbound shipment quality. Oversee daily operations, including the development of training plans, performance feedback, project implementation, continuous process improvement, and effective communication with internal business leadership and employees. Coordinate with Planning on throughput demand and align resources accordingly to meet site requirements for customer delivery performance Own optimization of Technology comprised of 70 LGVs working in tandem with customized programming Build strategic roadmaps to enable future busniess growth Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing multi-site logistics operations. Proven experience with automation technologies and automated warehouse systems (e.g., AMRs, LGVs, conveyor systems, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Proficient in logistics software, WMS, and TMS systems, with experience integrating these systems with automation technologies. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
