Join us and be part of something bigger.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:As a Workday Consultant with Recruitment and/or Benefits in Kainos, you will be responsible for supporting the successful specification, design and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday product solutions.  This will be done by working with internal delivery teams to provide solutions that are fit for purpose and commercially viable.  Understanding and translating customer requirements, as well as hands-on product configuration is essential for this role.What We Are Looking For Very good understanding of Workday products either/or HCM/Financials/Payroll as well as Recruitment and/or Benfits Very good customer focus, with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. Able to understand when to escalate issues.
