As a Paraplanner, you’ll sit at the center of that mission: helping translate complex financial lives into simple, high-quality guidance to our members.What you’ll doHost onboarding sessions with members to ensure the data we've collected is accurateSupport the Financial Planning team with answering member questionsKeep the team organized and assist with product automation projectsAssist with building out our membership learning libraryBuild and deepen your knowledge and skill set by maintaining an in-depth understanding of financial planning, investments, and tax planningBe an active part of a collaborative team and share best practicesWhat sets you apartCFP® (or actively pursuing it)BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or other related major preferredStrong grasp of investments and broader financial planning conceptsClear, thoughtful communicator—especially in writingHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience with financial planning tools or fintech platformsInterest in startups, technology, or building new productsBonus: experience in consumer fintechWho we areWe’re a team of builders—across product, engineering, data, and design—who have launched and scaled category-defining products like Marcus by Goldman Sachs and Clarity Money.We’re well-funded, but still scrappy.
