About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works. With our pipeline scaling across Europe and North America, our marketing engine needs to be as precise and reliable as the robots we build.
The Role
As our first Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will build the partner marketing function from scratch - co-defining the strategy with our VP of Marketing and owning the execution end-to-end. This is not a role where you hand off to someone else to implement. You design it, you build it, and you run it. If you need someone else to execute for you, this is not the right role. If you thrive on building something that doesn't exist yet, it might be exactly what you're looking for.
Your Responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy
Co-develop and continuously refine RobCo's global partner marketing strategy together with the VP of Marketing and our Global Partner Director aligned with the partner tier structure owned by the Partner Management team
Define a differentiated marketing approach per partner tier - Tier 1 partners receive a full co-marketing program; Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners receive scaled, asset-led support
Translate the overall partner strategy into a concrete, executable marketing plan with clear milestones and KPIs
Partner Marketing Infrastructure & Tracking
Build the infrastructure for partner marketing from the ground up: processes, templates, tracking mechanisms, and reporting frameworks
Own the tracking of all partner marketing activities and their contribution to pipeline and revenue
Develop and maintain a clear view of partner marketing performance across the ecosystem
Partner Marketing Guidelines, Content & Assets
Develop partner marketing guidelines that ensure consistent positioning and messaging in line with RobCo's category leadership in Autonomous Industrial Robotics
Create and manage co-marketing assets, content, and campaigns in close collaboration with partners - in both German and English depending on the partner
Equip partners with the materials they need to go to market effectively on RobCo's behalf
Networking & Relationship Ownership
Own the marketing relationship with partners across all tiers - from large international system integrators to smaller traditional German industrial firms
Build strong working relationships directly with partner contacts, including partners who work exclusively in German
Represent RobCo at partner events, industry meetups, and co-marketing activations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Global Partner Director and Partner Managers (Munich-based, with US expansion underway) to align marketing activities with partnership priorities and deal flow
Collaborate with the broader Marketing team on messaging, content, and campaign integration
Feed partner insights back into Marketing and Product to inform positioning and roadmap
We're Looking for Someone Who Has
4 - 6 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role - ideally in a tech, SaaS, or industrial environment
Proven experience building partner marketing programs, not just running them within an existing structure
A strategic mindset combined with a strong hands-on execution drive - you are equally comfortable in a workshop defining strategy and in a spreadsheet tracking campaign performance
Strong relationship skills across a diverse partner base - from global tech companies to small traditional German industrial firms
Fluent in both German and English - you will work in both languages daily, and some of our most important partners work exclusively in German
Experience with co-marketing, joint campaigns, and partner enablement materials
A genuine interest in AI and how it applies to your own work - we actively use AI tools to move faster and expect our team to do the same
Bonus: familiarity with the industrial automation, robotics, or Physical AI space
Why Join RobCo
The category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics is being defined right now, and our partner ecosystem is one of the key levers for how we scale across Europe and into the US. As the first person in this function, you will have a rare combination of strategic ownership and direct impact - building something from scratch that will matter at company scale.
Own a function end-to-end from day one, with direct access to senior leadership
Work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships in a company at a category-defining moment
Wellpass membership (7,200+ studios across Germany), regular team events, and a team that takes both the work and the culture seriously
Flexible working hours, a modern office, and - depending on the role - the option to work from home.
Regular team events - from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
About RobCo
Founded in Munich in 2020, RobCo leads the transition toward fully Autonomous Industrial Robotics. Our mission is to deploy RobCo in every factory - solving the industrial labor shortage through end-to-end robotics that just works. Powered by Physical AI, our solutions combine a scalable modular hardware architecture with intelligent software that adapts to your use case, improves over time, and requires zero upfront investment through our Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
We solve our customers' most pressing pain points - labor shortage, cost pressure, workplace safety, and national reshoring - across the full spectrum of Autonomous Industrial Robotics. With $160M raised from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, 200+ people globally, and 2.5M+ operating hours in the field, we are deploying robots in factories across Europe and the United States - with our US operations headquartered in Austin, TX, and our RobCo Bay Area Demo Lab in San Francisco.
