Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Leverages software and services to transform data into actionable insights to inform the organization's strategic and tactical business decisions. Collects, integrates, analyzes and presents information including from internal and external sources, developing insightful historic, current and predictive views of business operations.

• Consulting of supported functions (CSMs, Field Service, etc).
• of using the right KPIs to identify business opportunities and challenges and develop associated information needs.
• Manages and executes medium size Reporting projects including: Creation of technical and functional specifications associated with data architecture and data design.
• Data gathering, modelling and manipulation.
• Data set creation.
• Validation and testing.
• Communication with Stakeholders during the whole project.
• Works with the Database Administration team to design tables, queries, and packages to obtain information from and send information to different databases.
• Designs, develops, and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
• Monitors report and data availability and proactively communicates with clients on delays and issues.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle/EBS, Service Management platforms, etc.).
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets and transform them into actionable business insights.
• Experience in data automation, dashboard development, KPI governance, and performance analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data.
