Bei Candis suchen wir eine Person als AI Adoption Product Manager (m/w/d), die aus diesem Instinkt Tools macht, die Menschen wirklich gerne nutzen, und die dabei hilft, dass wir KI als die Chance sehen, die sie sein kann.Warum brauchen wir diese Rolle?Die KI-Adoption bei Candis läuft langsamer, als sie könnte. Unsere Teams sind im operativen Alltag stark ausgelastet, und die meisten Menschen haben keine Zeit, einen Schritt zurückzutreten und zu fragen, was automatisiert werden könnte oder wo ein kleines KI-Tool helfen würde. Hinzu kommt: Wenn unser AI Solutions Team ein Tool entwickelt hat, ist eigentlich niemand dafür verantwortlich. Wir verfolgen nicht systematisch, wer es nutzt, welche Probleme auftreten oder ob es auf weitere Bereiche ausgeweitet werden sollte. Wir wissen nicht, was wir nicht wissen, und man kann nichts adoptieren, von dem man nichts weiß. Genau diese Lücke soll diese Rolle schließen, von der ersten Idee bis zur tatsächlichen Nutzung im Alltag.Warum ist diese Rolle spannend?Das ist ein echter Spielplatz für jemanden, der mitgestalten will, wie ein ganzes Unternehmen mit KI arbeitet. Du bekommst kein enges Briefing und kein festes Backlog. Du entscheidest mit, welche Probleme es wert sind, gelöst zu werden, entwickelst Ideen, baust MVPs gemeinsam mit dem AI Solutions Team und begleitest sie bis zur echten Nutzung. Dein Team besteht nicht nur aus dem AI Solutions Team, sondern im Alltag aus dem ganzen Unternehmen. Jede Abteilung ist offen für Entdeckungen, und jeder Erfolg wird schnell sichtbar. Es ist eine klassische Startup-Rolle in dem Sinn, dass du einen Titel bekommst, der eine Verschmelzung aus drei zentralen Disziplinen ist: Product Management, Change Management und AI Solutions Engineering.Was sind die größten Herausforderungen?Die größte Herausforderung ist die Bandbreite an Menschen, die du mitnehmen musst, und das Tempo, mit dem du zwischen ihnen wechselst.
