The Job:

As the Inventory Lead, you’ll get to:

• Manage inventory control activities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity across the distribution centre.
• Complete key inventory tasks including cycle counting, product slotting, stock consolidation, replenishment, stock receipt, reconciliation, reporting, and SKU data maintenance.
• Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to ensure supply requirements are met and stock levels are effectively controlled.
• Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost.
• Support the annual stock take process and ensure inventory adjustments are investigated and completed in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve DC systems and processes and work with IT and internal stakeholders to implement efficiency improvements.

• You have experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar distribution centre role.
• You have strong systems capability, including experience with SAP, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• You have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
• You are highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and build positive working relationships.
