Save Report this job Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PMHourly Rate: $31.08 an hour + $0.25 shift differentialMaintenance TechnicianYou will work onsite at Conagra Brand Foods (Vlasic), located in Imlay City, Michigan. If you enjoy a variety of technical challenges, you will excel in this position. You will perform preventive maintenance of production equipment along with repair and rebuild of equipment. Openings available on both the afternoon and midnight shift. You will work in a team environment reporting to shift supervisor. Daily overtime and weekends scheduled based on business demand.Hourly Rate determined by Experience/ Skills/ Certifications - Full mechanical rate $31.08 + $0.25/hour 2nd shift.Eligible for Michigan Earned Sick Time. You will earn one hour for every thirty hours worked.On the Job Training/Advancement. You will develop your career while you work—receive paid Amatrol training at no cost, gaining valuable technical skills that open doors to future opportunities and internal job growth.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul and recommend improvements for equipmentReview daily schedule to ensure equipment setupCompliance with plant safety and environmental regulationsRequirementsFabrication, machine shop skills and a mechanical backgroundDevelop working relationships to ensure correction of machine failures and implement preventative maintenance measuresComplete work orders and record material used on jobsExperienced in operating a variety of equipment, including forklift, mechanical lifts, ladders, scaffolding and hand toolsWorking knowledge of conveyors, variable frequency drives, electrical motors and industrial controlsUse blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projectsWork daily/weekend overtime as scheduledSkillsHigh School...
