Skills and Competencies6+ years of relevant experience in credit, financial data, or data operations roles, with Structured Finance experience across ABS, RMBS, and CLOs preferredStrong understanding of financial data concepts, including data relationships, business context, and how data supports analytical processes and outcomesStrong SQL, data management, and data quality expertise, with the ability to work with large datasets and ensure accuracy and integrityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines while maintaining strong quality control standardsEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience leveraging technology, automation, and process improvement techniques, with familiarity in tools such as Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar platforms preferredBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
