This role requires you to work with system control valves, pressure and safety relief valves, isolation valves, and regulating valves. Your work will be conducted both at the workshop facility in Immingham and on client sites.Key Responsibilities:Inspection & Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain valves and actuators to ensure they are operating effectively and safely.Repair & Testing: Carry out repairs and perform rigorous testing to certify that all equipment meets the required standards.Client Liaison: Work closely with clients, suppliers, and third parties to ensure that services are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.Site Work: Operate both in the workshop and at various client sites, requiring flexibility and adaptability.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring all work is documented according to company procedures.QualificationsYou need to have experience and strengths in valve repair and certification. Ideally, you will be apprentice trained, coupled with practical experience in the field of valve overhaul, repair, and certification.Hold a valid driving licence for the use in the UK Additional InformationAt SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
