Our products help organizations operate confidently in a rapidly evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help keep our go-to-market engine running smoothly. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll support the systems, data, and processes that enable Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and our Finance team.. You'll own day-to-day CRM administration, build reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and building scalable processes. You'll partner with teams across the revenue organization and play a key role in helping Osano grow by ensuring our systems, workflows, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Systems & Data
- Own the day-to-day administration of our CRM (HubSpot), including custom fields, workflows, and user permissions management.
- Audit and maintain CRM data health, including top of funnel through customer lifecycle revenue, to ensure accurate forecasting, lead attribution, and pipeline reporting.
- Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring integrations across sales, marketing, and customer success tools are reliable and well-documented.
- Build and maintain lead routing logic, account segmentation, and assignments.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give GTM stakeholders clear visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance in Hubspot and Google Sheets.
- Support Revenue Operations’ regular reporting cadence including weekly forecast reviews and quarterly business reviews with accurate, timely data.
- Surface trends and insights that help leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.
Process & Enablement
- Design and document scalable revenue processes and handoffs across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Implement automation that reduces manual work and increases speed and consistency across teams.
- Support quote-to-cash, deal desk, and renewal processes in partnership with Sales, Finance, and CS.
- Be a strong cross-functional partner, translating between technical systems and business needs.
About You:
You have 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role in a SaaS environment. You're an analytical problem-solver who connects operational fixes to revenue outcomes, communicate clearly across all levels in a 100% remote environment, and takes pride in clean data, tidy systems, and well-documented processes.
Must-Haves:
- HubSpot CRM administration experience, with particular fluency in building and maintaining automation (workflows, sequences, and process automation). Preference for experience using Operations Hub custom code workflow actions and webhooks.
- CPQ management and administration experience including consumption pricing model management — DealHub preferred, but experience with any CPQ platform is valuable.
- A working understanding of the principles of recurring revenue and churn reporting (MRR/ARR, retention, and expansion).
- Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data visualization.
- Experience maintaining custom integrations in low-code platforms like Zapier.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Administration experience with Vitally, Stripe, or a scheduling/routing tool such as RevenueHero or Chili Piper.
- Technical integration experience — building, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations across the GTM tech stack.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot APIs for integration management.
- Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity.
- Experience with Python or Node.JS troubleshooting.
Why Us:
