The successful candidate will be a recognised subject matter expert, applying technical knowledge and commercial awareness to support business objectives and influence strategic direction.As an Associate Banker, you will develop strong relationships with clients and internal partners, working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver outstanding client service, support strategic opportunities and ensure the successful execution of complex client needs and business initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional service and support to clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and proactively resolving complex enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Partner closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate account opening, transaction processing, cash management, and investment activities, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.Coordinate and support client and prospect meetings, including pre-call planning, preparation of meeting materials, documentation of meeting outcomes and maintenance of accurate client interaction records.Support the identification, qualification, and conversion of prospective clients into Wealth at Work relationships.Support the banker to conduct in-depth analysis of client portfolios and financial situations to identify opportunities to deepen and strengthen existing client relationships.Collaborate with Bankers to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and support the acquisition of new clients, with a particular focus on investment solutions.Assist with business development activities, including market and prospect research, lead generation, referral networking and the coordination of client events and engagement initiatives.Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory documentation is obtained, reviewed, and maintained in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Demonstrate strong risk and control awareness in all activities, safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets by adhering to applicable laws, regulations and policies, exercising sound professional judgement, and escalating issues promptly and transparently where appropriate.Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues, including supporting the onboarding and training of new team members.Champion a culture of integrity, compliance, and client excellence, ensuring the highest standards of conduct and governance are consistently maintained.Qualifications:6-10 years of experienceKnowledge of investments is required, banking and credit products desirableAbility to manage relationships both internal and external; Ability to prioritise and multi-taskEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis Role is a “Controlled Function” Role as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland Reform Act 2010 and Principal Regulations 2011, and amending Regulations 2014, 2015.
