Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR services while being a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders.You’ll contribute to creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture, while developing your experience across a broad range of HR activities.This role is open to applications from candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane. What you’ll be doingSupporting HR Business Partners and HR Advisors with day-to-day HR activitiesPreparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentationSupporting visa and immigration processes where requiredAssisting with employee relations matters, including investigations and grievance handlingManaging HR systems, employee records and ensuring data accuracy and complianceSupporting performance review processes and training coordinationAssisting with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-makingContributing to HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsWhat we’re looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent 2–3 years’ experience in an HR or administrative roleWorking knowledge of Australian employment legislationStrong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detailConfidence working with HR systems and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities A high level of discretion and confidentialityIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you — apply today.Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
