Lead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries. Conduct safety observations, audits, and training while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements. Ensure completion of all required regulatory and safety training. Deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Support and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Develop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians. Provide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment. Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within food or beverage production. Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations. Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve manufacturing performance and support operational objectives. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with material batching systems and CIP/COP processes. Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments. Knowledge of TPM and Lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, InfinityQS, or similar platforms. Familiarity with data analysis and manufacturing performance metrics.
