GrowthMarketingAnalyticsGTMSEO/SEM What You'll Do Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across channels Manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) Build and optimize conversion funnels and landing pages Conduct growth experiments and A/B tests Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities Develop content marketing and SEO strategies Build partnerships and explore new growth channels What We're Looking For 3+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience Experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Strong project management and communication skills Creativity and ability to test new growth strategies Nice to Have Experience marketing AI/ML or B2B SaaS products Knowledge of product-led growth strategies Background in technical or developer marketing Experience with influencer or community-driven growth Understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention Previous startup growth experience SQL skills for data analysis About Engramme We're building a Memory-as-a-Service platform that augments human cognition through ambient intelligence.
