We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, delivering high-impact, multi-team initiatives with measurable business outcomesStrong programming expertise in one or more of Java, Scala, C#, C++, and Python, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysisProven experience with data platforms at scale, including relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL data stores, with strong query processing knowledgeExpertise in building production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on scalability, robustness, security, and reliabilityHands-on experience with cloud-native and on-prem systems, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices for cost-effective executionAdvanced systems knowledge, including multi-threading, memory management, software design principles, architecture best practices, and writing well-tested, high-quality codeStrong problem-solving mindset and resilience, with deep knowledge of testing strategies, system health monitoring, and adaptability to organizational and technical changeDeep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency.
