As a Project Integrator II, you will support SNC's business objectives by assisting with the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) on specified programs. You will ensure compliance with government, contractual, and internal requirements while aiding in total Program Integration Management and promoting effective program performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project execution and tracking
- Maintain and update project schedules, action item logs, and status reports
- Assist in the management of work packages, including tracking actuals against planned budgets and schedule milestones
- Coordinate across internal functional teams (engineering, finance, supply chain, contracts) to identify and resolve schedule or resource conflicts
- Support Control Account Manager (CAM) activities under the EVMS framework, including variance analysis and reporting
- Prepare and deliver program status briefings, CDRLs, and internal reporting products
- Track risk and opportunity registers; assist with development of mitigation plans
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier deliverables for assigned work scope
- Support program reviews, milestone events, and government customer interactions as direct
- Baseline project schedules and budget and maintain/update monthly forecast for schedule and cost
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management and/or in a related or technical field.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a complex project with multi-function team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills & capability to meet schedules.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience managing projects requiring Earned Value Management.
- Experience with risk management planning and documentation.
- Experience managing project scope and scope creep during project execution.
- Experience in resource planning and management during project execution.
- Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
- Familiarity with government contracting and regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Capacity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
