The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. Position Overview:This position is responsible to ensure outgoing quality of all products in order to meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations. This includes outgoing inspection, first article & PPAP inspection approvals, the segregation, identification, re-work, and the proper disposition of unacceptable or non-conforming parts and materials. This position will also be responsible directing end of the line inspections, ensure manufacturing and all supporting documentation is complete, Quality Engineering and testing functions daily. Ensure facility complies with IATF and ISO-9001 certifications.In this role you will:• Mange external corrective actions that are received from our customers.• Provide internal communications pertaining to all customer corrective actions received.• Mange customer concern notifications and coordinate internal actions to resolve customer concerns.• Lead all customer requested audits including;• Leading the audit.• Coordinating internally to meet the customer needs and expectations.• Communicating audit results internally.• Assigning owners to corrective actions identified during the audit.• Manage First Article Inspection Requests including;• Managing prioritization of First Article Inspection Requests.• Coordinating with external inspection providers as needed.• Maintain visual management of FAIR tracking.• Generate PPAP submission packages.• Generate control plans that meet the expectations of the customer print.• Manage, dispute & generate all customer Returned Merchandise Authorizations.• Statistical review of product data for issues, trends and improvements as needed.• Travel as required to support and meet the needs of our customers.• Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience.• Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently.• Ability and willingness to travel as required.• Support Quality activities as requested. Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.• 2+ years in Quality within a manufacturing environment. • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL to be considered.
