Single PositionView All JobsAI Engineer - MDMPune, Maharashtra, IND, 411013 No longer accepting applications.Job Req ID68007Work TypeHybridDepartmentMarketingHiring ProgramNot SpecifiedRelocation AssistanceRelocation from within hiring country onlyWhat you’ll do: This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-enablement capabilities to support Master Data Management processes, with a focus on improving data quality, consistency, completeness, automation, and stewardship effectiveness for data used across Eaton’s enterprise systems, digital platforms, analytics, and business initiatives.    "• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled solutions to support master data management, data quality, stewardship operations, and business decision-making.• Develop reusable AI components, automation workflows, and technical assets aligned with MDM process requirements and enterprise standards.• Collaborate with data stewards, business users, IT, and governance teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions.• Support new MDM deployments by leveraging AI and automation to improve data readiness, migration quality, validation, cleansing, mapping, and implementation efficiency.• Analyze data patterns, process gaps, recurring issues, and operational inefficiencies to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.• Support integration of AI capabilities with MDM platforms, enterprise data systems, reporting tools, and workflow applications.• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, business rules, assumptions, testing outcomes, and operating procedures.• Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, access control, and enterprise governance requirements.• Build validation, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms to ensure AI outputs are accurate, explainable, consistent, and fit for business use.• Support human-in-the-loop review and approval processes to ensure business accountability remains with the appropriate data and process owners.• Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI-enabled solutions and recommend improvements based on user feedback and measured outcomes.• Partner with architecture and technology teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, reusable, and aligned with long-term MDM strategy.• Provide guidance and enablement to end users on effective and responsible usage of AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities."    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,AI/ML, or related field"• 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML, analytics, automation, MDM, or data governance.• Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently."Skills: "- Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance.- Experience in AI / GenAI, ML, automation, prompt engineering and data analysis.- Knowledge of Stibo STEP / PIM, including data migration, validation, cleansing and mapping.- Experience in Python, SQL, Snowflake and Power BI.- Good to have knowledge of SAP, Snowflake, APIs and workflow automation tools.- Good communication skills and ability to work with business, IT, governance and stewardship teams.""• Drive for results• Makes Decisions & Solves Problems• Demonstrates a Collaborative Style• Promotes and Champions Change• Pursues personal development• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the group’s success• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks• Team player.
