Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure architectures that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and select appropriate AI hardware and software technologies.
- Ensure the AI infrastructure adheres to best practices in security, reliability, and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure design and deployment, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience in optimizing computational resources for AI workloads, including performance tuning and cost management.
- Knowledge of hardware acceleration technologies such as GPUs and FPGAs relevant to AI applications.
- Ability to integrate and manage full-stack AI infrastructure components, including networking, storage, and compute resources.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools to streamline deployment and scaling.
