The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support initiatives focused on optimizing data management and analytics. The role combines project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement across multiple business functions.
Working closely with IT, procurement, engineering, and production teams, this position drives project delivery, supports the adoption of best practices, and contributes to data quality and operational excellence.
How you'll make an impact
- Supervise project activities and coordinate work across departments.
- Plan and execute projects, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, procurement, engineering, and production.
- Monitor project progress and report status to the steering committee.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting project execution.
- Implement standards and best practices for data maintenance and analytics.
- Organize and deliver training on new processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
Your background
- Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management, preferably within production or parts management environments.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS DevOps, MS Project, or Jira.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems, including Windchill or Enovia.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced English and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
