Acting as a trusted business partner, you will help optimize priorities, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of key activities.The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and tech‑savvy professional who is comfortable working in fast‑paced multinational settings. You will engage with senior leaders, anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide high-level executive support to the Director by managing a complex calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and organizing domestic and international travel.Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, agendas, and meeting materials while tracking action items and key business priorities.Manage administrative operations, including purchase orders, expense reports, vendor coordination, office requests, and business documentation.Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across the Southern Cluster and LATAM.Coordinate leadership meetings, commercial reviews, off-sites, workshops, regional events, and customer or partner visits.Anticipate business needs, prioritize competing demands, and proactively support the execution of strategic initiatives.Handle highly confidential commercial, financial, and strategic information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGHigh School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.7+ years of experience supporting Directors, Vice Presidents or C-Level executives in multinational organizations.Advanced English (spoken and written).Proven experience managing complex executive calendars, international travel and competing priorities.Experience supporting regional or global leadership teams.Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSTechnical SkillsMicrosoft 365 (Outlook,...
