As one of the first dedicated IT Operations hires, you will establish the systems, processes, and standards that enable a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment for a globally distributed workforce.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. You will own day-to-day IT operations while designing processes that scale with the company, balancing exceptional employee support with strong security, automation, and operational excellence.Working closely with Engineering, Security, People Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, you will ensure Hamsa's internal technology environment supports rapid growth while meeting enterprise security and regulatory expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & End User ServicesOwn the day-to-day operation of Hamsa's internal IT environment across a globally distributed workforce. Deliver exceptional IT support for employees and contractors across endpoint devices, collaboration platforms, enterprise applications, identity systems, and network connectivity. Develop and continuously improve IT service delivery processes, SLAs, knowledge bases, and self-service resources. Manage hardware procurement, inventory, shipping, lifecycle management, repairs, and secure disposal.
