You will lead high-performing teams across multiple markets, partner with executive stakeholders, and identify opportunities to drive customer outcomes, business growth, and market expansion.You will guide strategic customer engagements, influence complex deal cycles, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, customer success, industry solutions, and partner organizations. Using market intelligence, customer insights, and data-driven decision making, you will help identify emerging opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and ensure the organisation is positioned to deliver long-term value.This role combines people leadership, business strategy, and customer engagement. You will empower and develop sellers, drive operational excellence, and create a culture focused on customer impact, accountability, and growth.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Executive PartnershipsBuild trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive decision-makersLead strategic conversations that uncover business priorities, identify opportunities, and accelerate customer outcomes.Serve as an advisor on complex sales pursuits and high-value opportunities.Foster collaboration across account teams, customer success, partner organisations, and solution specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience.Sales Strategy & Market LeadershipDefine and execute territory strategies that drive growth, market share, and customer success.Identify whitespace opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to inform business planning.Guide teams in developing innovative solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.Drive strategic planning and forecasting initiatives across the region.Sales & Pipeline ExcellenceLead a healthy and predictable business through strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and operational rigour.Use customer, market, and sales insights to prioritise investments and resources.Champion adoption, consumption, and customer value realisation as key measures of success.People LeadershipLead and develop sellers through coaching, empowerment, and accountability.Create an inclusive, high-performing culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.Support career growth, succession planning, and organisational capability building.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Several years of experience leading technology sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial organisations.Experience leading strategic customer engagements and complex sales opportunities.Experience building and leading high-performing teams and developing future leaders.Experience driving AI, cloud, security, or digital transformation initiatives with enterprise customers.Preferred QualificationAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant leadership experience.Experience leading teams and scaling teams across multiple markets, geographies, or business units.Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes in complex environments....
