The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Assist with ERGANI and ERGANI II submissions and processes by preparing data, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with the HR Operations team for timely reporting.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development, wellbeing, and employer branding activities as instructed.
- Provide administrative support for other HR-related initiatives as required.
- Manage meeting rooms and assist in the organization of company events.
- Order and arrange office snacks, coffees, and other refreshments, ensuring appropriate stock levels and a pleasant office experience.
- Oversee office maintenance, cleaning services, health & safety standards.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Support the Finance department with invoice processing, petty cash handling, and expense reporting.
Main requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in office administration
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
