### Key Responsibilities
* Support value improvement and waste elimination activities through the execution of Lean and Process Improvement projects aligned with business goals and objectives.
* Drive the implementation and continuous advancement of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices across manufacturing operations.
* Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in initiating and sustaining Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
* Deliver training and ongoing support on Lean tools and methodologies while driving process optimization initiatives.
* Lead waste reduction and productivity improvement efforts across manufacturing and support functions.
* Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, and Equipment Engineering teams to ensure new products, processes, and equipment are designed using Lean and ergonomic principles.
* Support Value Stream Mapping activities and operational excellence initiatives.
* Review facility layout changes and support production flow optimization through effective space utilization and capacity planning.
* Establish and maintain standard times through work measurement studies and engineering standards.
* Prepare, maintain, and present Industrial Engineering data, standards, and reports in accordance with company guidelines.
### Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
