This role requires careful planning and execution of application and data migration strategies, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position focuses on leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to support innovative business goals and enhance operational capabilities. Collaboration with various teams and continuous monitoring of migration progress are integral parts of the daily workflow, aimed at delivering seamless cloud adoption experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor migration processes to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and migration methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with private and public cloud platforms and their integration.
