BE Operation Support Worker – Incentive Operations The BE Operation Support Worker will support the execution and continuous improvement of Incentive Compensation operations across BMS China. This role works closely with Business Effectiveness, Finance, HR, Commercial Excellence and external partners to ensure accurate, timely and compliant incentive plan administration. Key Responsibilities: * Support end-to-end incentive compensation processes, including data preparation, validation, calculation, review and payout administration. * Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure incentive policies are accurately implemented and communicated. * Conduct data quality checks, issue investigation and root cause analysis to improve operational accuracy and efficiency. * Support incentive plan governance, documentation management and audit readiness activities. * Assist in process optimization and automation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness. * Explore and leverage AI and digital tools to streamline reporting, data validation and workflow management. * Prepare operational reports and provide analytical support for business decision-making. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or above. * Strong analytical and data management skills. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools; experience with automation or AI tools is a plus. * Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role: Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
