Reporting directly to the Director of Sub-accounting, you'll take ownership of data accuracy and integrity across our systems—recording notices, resolving data gaps with clients and counterparties, and serving as a subject matter resource for the daily data flows that underpin Hamsa's Unified Ledger.This is a high-impact role for someone who brings operational depth, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to help shape and scale data processes in a fast-moving fintech. You'll partner closely with senior team members , collaborate with fellow Data Operations Associates on day-to-day planning, and act as a central point of coordination across operations, technology, and client-facing functions.ResponsibilitiesAccurately record, validate, and audit incoming Fund Information data notices, updates, and transactions in Hamsa's systems, leveraging both manual workflows and AI tooling. Own the end-to-end resolution of missing or incomplete data—proactively coordinating with clients, transfer agents, custodians, and other industry parties, and partnering with the Director of Subaccounting on complex or escalated cases. Lead daily data reconciliations and quality checks, identifying root causes of recurring discrepancies and collaborating with senior leaders to drive systemic fixes.
