If you’re skilled, detail-oriented, and love making people feel confident in their skin, this is the perfect role for you!Esthetician Responsibilities (include but not limited to)The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations.Maintain expertise in product lines by attending ongoing training and educational courses, and proactively recommend products to guests.ScheduleFlexible Scheduling – work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some holidays ; Weekend coverage is mandatory Compensation + Perks That Reward YouStrong Earning Potential – An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $42-$44, including tips.
