Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.Job DescriptionResponsible for the overall supervision and performance of quantity and quality determination inspections of ships, barges, shore tanks, and pipeline transfers of petroleum, petrochemical and chemical products.Assures correct execution of Field assignments according to client requirements, ASTM/API and Company policies and procedures0Assures correct and complete Field reporting e.g. SAT.Assures safe execution of Field assignments as per Company/Terminal Safety ProgramConfirms quantities with local terminal personnel when required.Liaison and collaboration with other Branch office personnel i.e. Coordinators, Dispatchers, Supervisors, Admin and Laboratory staff to ensure timely and effective communication between all stake holders.Cover for Coordinators/Dispatchers/Operations Supervisor/Manager as and when needed.Provides Field training for Inspection personnel as needed or as directed, completes training agenda report regularly, and conduct regular employee meetings to ensure that all personnel are completely informed with regard to policies, procedures and performance issues, for their development and improvement.Completes Field Audits and monitors training performance and monitor field equipment conditionSupervise employees and will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these individuals.
