We move fast and need to move faster.If we succeed, science will be the only limit to medicine.All full-time roles are in person in New York.About the roleAs our Events Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of the field marketing program at the center of how we grow our provider network and engage influential leaders in the industry. Forus gives physicians the ability to prescribe the treatments their patients actually need. Getting that message in front of the right audiences, at the right moments, requires an events program that is as commercially sharp as it is flawlessly executed.You will lead a portfolio spanning industry conferences, tradeshows, owned experiences, and virtual programs, and you’ll decide how we show up and define success through budgeting, vendor management, audience strategy, onsite delivery, and performance reporting. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to turn events into a predictable, measurable growth channel.This is a demanding role with a high level of autonomy, visibility, and responsibility. You will be expected to “act like an owner,” exercise sound judgment, and commit yourself to Forus’ success. If you are low-ego, commercially minded, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.If you join, you will:Own execution of our presence at industry tradeshows and conferences — booth configuration, collateral, shipping, and lead capture across all active eventsBuild and maintain run-of-show documents, timelines, and checklists that keep every stakeholder alignedBe on the ground at key events to keep execution on track and solve problems in real timeCoordinate internal attendee logistics — travel, staffing, and materials — across sales, marketing, and clinical teamsTranslate the Forus brand into memorable, high-quality experiences through thoughtful messaging, collateral, booth design, programming, and activationsOwn event budgets, forecasts, contracts, and vendor relationships; negotiate scopes and make tradeoffs that raise quality while improving efficiencyBuild scalable playbooks, planning systems, and a trusted vendor network while serving as the on-the-ground lead who keeps complex programs moving and solves problems in real timeWe’ll be most excited if you have:3+ years of experience in events, conference logistics, hospitality, or operationsA track record of leading a portfolio of conferences, tradeshows, and owned...
