As our Finance Transformation Manager, you will act as the technical and functional owner of our NetSuite environment, combining hands-on administration, development, and team leadership with a strong focus on finance processes.In this role, you will lead a team of NetSuite and Atlassian experts, drive system architecture and automation, and ensure that our finance systems scale efficiently and reliably in a fast-growing international environment. Your work will directly impact financial operations, reporting quality, and global scalability.What is your Day to Day Mission:NetSuite Ownership (Admin & Development with Finance Focus)Own, administer, and continuously develop our NetSuite ERP system, with a strong focus on finance processes (e.g. accounting, reporting, controlling).Design and implement customizations (SuiteScript, workflows, integrations).Ensure data integrity, system performance, and audit-ready financial processes.Team Leadership (NetSuite Admin & Development)Lead and develop a team of NetSuite and Atlassian administrators and developers.Prioritize workloads, coach team members, and ensure high delivery quality.Establish best practices for development, documentation, and system governance.Finance Process Automation & OptimizationDrive automation of core finance processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.Translate finance requirements into scalable system solutions.Optimize end-to-end processes (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report).Technology Ownership & Integration LeadershipOwn the architecture, performance, and stability of NetSuite, Jira, and Confluence.Drive integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems (BI, data, operations).Maintain clear documentation of all system customizations.Data & Decision SupportTurn finance and business data into actionable insights using NetSuite and BI tools.Enable leadership with reliable, standardized, finance-relevant reporting.Ensure high data quality across systems.Global Standardization & CollaborationDefine and implement global finance system standards and workflows.Ensure consistency across reporting structures and processes in all regions.Act as the key interface between Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders.What you bring to the team:Strong hands-on NetSuite expertise (Administration + Development), including scripting, workflows, and integrations.Experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role.Solid finance background (e.g. accounting, controlling, ERP finance processes, finance transformation).Proven ability to translate finance requirements into system solutions.Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).Strong understanding of ERP architectures, data flows, and automation.Background in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering is a plus.Pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a focus on scalable solutions.Strong communication skills across Finance, Tech, and Business stakeholders.Thrives in fast-paced environments with high ownership.Why Quantum-Systems:We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.
