About the Role
We are seeking a Workday Application Administrator to join our team who will be a true partner with the business to optimize Workday. In this role, you will work with the business and IT in deploying solutions around talent by helping to optimize the talent calibration process and enabling the career hub.
What You'll Do
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and additional applications in the Benefits, Time tracking, and absence areas, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support
Lead and manage complex HRIS initiatives, including enhancements, new functionality rollouts, and cross-functional integrations
Own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, and scheduled releases
Partner with HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define system roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals
Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, and system impacts; produce high-quality documentation including functional specs, SOPs, and training materials
Ensure data integrity through robust audit processes, validation routines, and proactive monitoring of system performance
Lead testing efforts including scenario creation, test execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off
Mentor junior analysts and HR teams on Workday capabilities, best practices, and change management
Continuously evaluate system usage and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased adoption
Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and innovations

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration and support of Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules
Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions
