In this role, you will work with the business and IT in deploying solutions around talent by helping to optimize the talent calibration process and enabling the career hub. What You'll Do Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday and additional applications in the Benefits, Time tracking, and absence areas, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support Lead and manage complex HRIS initiatives, including enhancements, new functionality rollouts, and cross-functional integrations Own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, and scheduled releases Partner with HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define system roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals Analyze and document business requirements, process flows, and system impacts; produce high-quality documentation including functional specs, SOPs, and training materials Ensure data integrity through robust audit processes, validation routines, and proactive monitoring of system performance Lead testing efforts including scenario creation, test execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off Mentor junior analysts and HR teams on Workday capabilities, best practices, and change management Continuously evaluate system usage and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased adoption Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and innovations What You'll Bring Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across global teams High attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently or in virtual teams Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions Experience working across time zones and with remote leadership Knowledge of compliance frameworks including GDPR and SOX 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including configuration and support of Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions Deep understanding of Workday architecture including business objects, organizations,...
