Our brand promise – when you need to be sure – underscores our commitment to trust, integrity and reliability. SGS’s Business Assurance division helps companies build trust and manage risk through certification, audits, training, and advisory services—empowering them to meet global standards and boost performance. Job DescriptionJob Title: Regulatory Coordinator Job Type: Permanent Location: Oldbury Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary:  £29,000 pa Industry: Business Assurance Overview of the roleWorking withing either the Food or Medical Device team providing administrative support for auditors and internal teamsWorking on highly critical documentation, ensuring all items are fully compliant  Maintaining accurate records, systems, and documentationLiaising with customers, providing support and essential updates QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role is someone who has previous experience in a coordination role, ideally within a highly regulated environment You will also have the following experience:Proven experience working in an administrative environment  High levels of proficiency using MS packages (specifically excel) and CRM's Experience of creating, maintaining and extracting data High levels of accuracy in regards to documentation creation Additional InformationAt SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
