Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Orlando, FL - HybridYour Responsibilities:Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessaryReview project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectConfers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityParticipate in pre-sale site visits with Account Managers, primarily for learning and supportAssist engineers on design aspects under guidanceWork closely with Sales Coordinators on subcontract agreements, equipment ordering, financial reviews, milestone billings, and project closeout documentation (with direct oversight and support)Coordinate with Control Application Engineers for control system design and graphics under guidance and reviewEstablish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviewsPrepare project reports for management, client, or othersResponsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completionResponsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfactionMaintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staffObtain acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customerResponsible for the successful completion of the projectAssist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for fileYour Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 4-6+ years related project management experience Commercial HVAC experiencePMP Certification, PE License, or related (Preferred)Your Benefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Non-logoed company vehicle, with most expenses paidMultiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance  401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this positionThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $153,300 plus annual bonus in Florida. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
