This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of a squad that leads the deployment of Veeva’s next-generation AI Agents. You will not just deliver projects; you will shape how Artificial Intelligence is applied in the Life Sciences industry. We need hybrids - people who can define a business strategy with a VP of Sales, and then roll up their sleeves to tune prompts and configure agents to make that strategy a reality.What You’ll DoAI Strategy & Use Case Definition: Partner with Pharma commercial leaders to identify high-value AI scenarios. Translate vague business pain points into concrete AI Use Cases.Lead AI Implementation Projects: Act as the Project Lead for Veeva AI deployments. You will bridge the gap between our Technical Implementation team and the client’s business stakeholders, ensuring the AI solution solves the actual business problem.Hands-on Prompt Engineering & Tuning: This is a technical consulting role. You are expected to take ownership of the AI's output quality. You will perform prompt engineering, test context windows, and refine system instructions to ensure the AI Agents speak the language of the client and deliver accurate, safe responses.Product Feedback Loop: You are the "eyes and ears" on the ground.
