Our differentiated battle management and cyber solutions deliver timely, mission-enabling information and provide superior situational awareness and understanding to protect the U.S. and its global allies.Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Business Management Analyst - Pricing and Estimating based out of San Diego, CA, supporting the Pricing & Estimating team for the Navigation, Intelligence, and Connectivity (NIC) division.What You’ll Get to Do:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support pricing activity for proposal submittals by:Understanding customer requirements through RFPs and other requestsCollaborating and coordinating with proposal technical teams to develop the material estimating strategy, interfacing with Business Management, Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Program Office, and Pricing OrganizationsSelecting appropriate pricing methods (e.g., PO History, vendor quotes) for each item included in the proposalWorking on multiple priority proposals concurrentlyEnsuring compliance with Customer and FAR/DFAR Regulatory RequirementsEnsuring delivery schedule adherenceSupporting proposal reviews with detailed Bills of Materials and Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs), including accompanying supporting dataSupporting risk and opportunity assessment, quantification, and analysis during the proposal estimating processPreparing material price analyses to support business unit and GSC leaders in decision-making as it pertains to specific pricing proposalsSupporting fact-finding, government audits, customer negotiations, and certifications, while ensuring TINA compliance during all aspects of the proposal processInteracting with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Pricing, and Business ManagementBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or Business adjacent degree (Mathematics, Risk Management) from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of financial work experience.Basic understanding of Government Compliance.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, chart generation, VBA macros, etc.).US citizenship is required.Preferred Qualifications: Prior pricing or material estimating experienceProposal experience within government contractingKnowledge of FAR and DFARThe ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearanceWhat We Can Offer You Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
