Associate Manager (Operational Excellence & Expenses) Full-timeCareer Site Team: Operations Compensation: EUR 2250 - EUR 2500 - monthlyJob DescriptionThe Associate Manager (Operational Excellence & Expenses) is responsible for leading vendor expense management, T&E payment processing, project execution, and administrative back-office operations across multiple countries.This role ensures end-to-end execution, governance, and continuous improvement of operational processes in line with SOPs, SLAs, and local requirements, while driving standardization, automation, and delivery excellence across the HUB.Key Responsibilities1. Operations & ExecutionOversee projects and administrative back-office activities in alignment with SOPs and SLAsEnsure timely execution of vendor payments and country-level deliverablesManage end-to-end T&E payments and advances for FTEs, freelancers, and part-time field associatesEnsure smooth execution and control of collection services post HUB go-liveMaintain operational governance and quality across all countries2. Vendor & Process ManagementLead a team managing vendor engagement and delivery processesDevelop deep understanding of:Vendor services, requirements, and exceptionsCountry-specific processes and timelinesT&E processes and payment workflowsEnsure effective coordination with HUB and delivery teams3. Stakeholder ManagementEngage with country stakeholders, vendors and internal teamsConduct regular governance and engagement local finance teams callsIdentify pain points and implement simplified, scalable solutionsEnsure all deliverables meet SLA and timeline commitments4. Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of back-office and vendor management resourcesConduct regular performance, engagement, and training sessionsFoster a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performanceDrive employee engagement and capability development5. Process Excellence & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and drive process optimization and automation opportunitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives across operationsStandardize processes across countries where feasibleSupport transformation initiatives and efficiency programs6.
