As a FCRRC Associate, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders across the lines of business, corporate functions and compliance. You will play a key role in a team responsible for cycle preparation and coordination activities, ensuring the collation of data is executed in line with the local Governance models and regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with local MLROs to ensure comprehensive understanding of local regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Complete cycle preparation and documentation activities in line with the requirements, timelines, and specific needs of each jurisdiction.
- Identify and engage the relevant stakeholders to gather the necessary information and responses.
- Monitor progress ensuring key milestones are met at various stages, providing ongoing metrics and progress updates to stakeholders. Prepare and distribute ongoing weekly reporting in a form of a scorecard.
- Identify and escalate issues with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform ongoing analysis of program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) and develop ad-hoc reports as requested to support business-related programs and strategies.
Facilitate and run post cycle reviews with key stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and irregularities.
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and business environments.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry with exposure to controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, compliance, or related business functions.
- Familiarity with financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Experience using Alteryx or similar data analytics and automation tools.
