This role is central to delivering member-centered infusion care while upholding clinical excellence and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with clinicians, specialists, and pharmacists to optimize member treatment plans and provide exceptional care that aligns with our mission of transforming healthcare through our payvider model.POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform comprehensive health assessments and deliver safe infusion treatments according to prescribed protocolsCommunicate thoroughly and effectively with members, families, and caregivers to ensure comfort and safety throughout their careManage infusion reactions and provide thorough member education about treatments and disease statesDemonstrate expertise in peripheral line placement and port accessMonitor and interpret vital signs while ensuring member safety and comfortCoordinate care between members, prescribers, and internal teams while maintaining detailed electronic documentationCollaborate with clinicians, specialists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists to optimize member care and treatment plansMaintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocolsDemonstrate proficiency with technology and information management systemsDESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCERequired:Current RN license in the State of TexasMinimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 2–3 years in infusion therapyCurrent BLS CertificationDemonstrated expertise in peripheral line placement, port access, and infusion reaction managementStrong technical competency with electronic medical records and Microsoft OfficeExcellence in member communication and educationDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and function as part of a collaborative teamPhysical ability to perform required duties including lifting and repetitive motionsPreferred:BSN degreeCertified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) certificationCritical care experienceBilingual in English/SpanishWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary and incentivesGenerous PTO10 paid holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Investment PlanCompany EquityProfessional development and growth opportunitiesAt Harbor Health, we're transforming healthcare in Texas through collaboration and innovation.
