The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, eager to exceed expectations and produce high quality case setups within the digital workflow. Specifically, the Digital Bonding Tray Technician will process 3D digital files and utilize clinical knowledge to perform digital treatment setups for orthodontic and dental appliances.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
1. Treatment Design Production
- Support daily production of digital orthodontic treatment setups.
- Create digital dental and orthodontic setups following established workflows and
protocols.
- Meet daily production goals related to productivity, quality and cycle time.
- Maintain accurate and consistent case execution.
- Follow queue priorities and operational guidelines.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and skill development.
2. Cross-Process Collaboration
- Collaborate producing cases with teams such as:
o CTA
o Data Clean-Up (DC)
o Fixture Model QC (FMQC)
- Adapt to new tools, processes, and products as business needs evolve.
3. Communication & Escalation
- Ensure clear communication and proper issue handling.
- Escalate software or workflow issues through appropriate channels (DDS tickets).
- Report on EHS concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Seek guidance when encountering complex or unclear cases.
4. Quality & Process Adherence
- Develop strong discipline and attention to detail.
- Apply work instructions, protocols, and clinical guidelines accurately.
- Interpret doctor prescriptions and treatment goals.
- Maintain proper queue management and ethical behavior.
- Uphold company culture and values.

Basic Qualifications
- Associates/Two Year Technical degree or higher from an accredited institution OR minimum 1 year experience or diploma in the dental or orthodontic field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual: Proficient or advanced English level.
- At least 2 year Experience in Treatment Design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Orthodontic bracket placement experience highly preferred but not required.
- Dental knowledge/experience in Dental/Ortho lab/Digital dental design of tooth anatomy/function/occlusion.
- Proven Data Cleanup experience.
- Experience with dental CAD/CAM software and/or graphic design software.
- Experience in a medical device environment.
- Experience with custom manufacturing driven by digital technologies and/or software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed requests.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- Quick learner and open to developing new skills.
- Able to work in a team environment.
Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible
Schedule: DIU Tuesday – Saturday
