Skills and Competencies2–4 years of relevant experience in a technology, compliance, or operations support role, preferably within a financial services or regulated environmentFamiliarity with AI or automation tools and a genuine interest in applying technology to improve compliance processesExposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI),Microsoft Copilot Studio preferredBasic understanding of SQL, ETL concepts, or scripting languages such as Python or R is a plusCollaborative team player with effective written and verbal communication skills & willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, technology-driven compliance environmentBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is requiredResponsibilitiesThe Compliance Department is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of technology solutions that power the global Compliance function.Support the development, testing, and maintenance of Compliance technology solutions across functions including Surveillance and Monitoring, Securities Trading, Conflicts Office, Policies, and TrainingAssist in building and maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and contribute to agentic solution implementations using Microsoft Copilot StudioHelp configure and maintain AI-enabled compliance workflows, supporting the reduction of manual, low-value activities across the Compliance functionWrite and maintain SQL scripts, ETL processes, and shell scripts to support data management and reporting needsParticipate in testing and quality assurance activities for new technology deployments, identifying and escalating issues as appropriateCollaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, document processes,...
