The role is expected to connect local operational needs with regional priorities, while contributing to consistent, scalable and efficient European ways of working.The role has a dual scope combining strong local market engagement with participation in a centralized European Logistics Operations structure:Local market responsibility: ensuring strong operational support, visibility and continuous improvement for the UK & Scandinavia logistics organization. The Logistics Operations Analyst works in close partnership with the Northern Europe Logistics Manager, Business Integration Manager and local teams to address market priorities, operational risks and business requirements.Regional responsibility: contributing to European processes, tools, reporting and improvement initiatives across multiple EU markets.This role exists to enhance visibility and control over regional logistics performance, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
