IT Solutions Lead (m/f/d)
Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen
What awaits you:
Demand Execution & Solution Delivery
- Serve as the regional or capability-level point of contact for incoming business demand, capturing requests and performing initial triage before escalating to the Solutions Partner for prioritization decisions
- Manage demand intake, requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, and delivery execution using standardized processes and tools, ensuring alignment with business priorities, architecture standards, and cost objectives
- Oversee implementation through support transition, while monitoring solution performance, user experience, and service levels to ensure sustained business value and continuous improvement
Local/Regional Application Stewardship
- Act as the business-side application steward for assigned small/regional applications, ensuring business continuity, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with global strategy
- Develop and maintain an application roadmap and identify and recommend application rationalization opportunities
Strategy Support & Governance Contribution
- Contribute to technology roadmaps for assigned capability/functional areas by partnering with business capability leaders
- Monitor emerging technology trends and recommend innovations to the Solutions Partner to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and regional IT colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment
- Support change management and communication efforts to drive adoption of new solutions
How you convince us:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT business partnering, project management, or enterprise solutions delivery
- Knowledge of IT governance, demand management, and service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile) and tools (e.g., Accolade, ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German and English
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions, including requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, and business case development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, secure solutions that achieve business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading solution design sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage application health, performance, and user experience to deliver measurable business value
