They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00-$12.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 23, 2026. Responsibilities Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; and practices prudent portion control. Set up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, ice, and produce.Maintains stock, prepares, and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality. Request additional product or restock as needed.Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed.
