- Foster and grow strategic e-commerce partnerships with key retailers developing omnichannel platforms, creating and executing initiatives that drive growth across MEC brands.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with National Account Managers, Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and the DSD Bottling Network to ensure e-commerce strategies align with broader business objectives and customer needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with account teams to align e-commerce initiatives with customer marketing plans and sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling, retailer-specific e-commerce sales presentations tailored to each customer's digital capabilities and platform objectives.
- Recap customer meetings, identify actionable next steps, and drive cross-functional follow-up to ensure timely execution and successful completion of deliverables.
- Serve as an e-commerce subject matter expert by providing insights on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support business growth.
- Partner on cross-functional projects to integrate e-commerce principles into business strategies, processes, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Coach and influence internal stakeholders by providing timely, constructive feedback, modeling best practices, and sharing knowledge that drives team performance.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities, assess business challenges, and develop actionable solutions that drive sales and profitability.
- Evaluate the long-term business and financial impact of e-commerce decisions to support sustainable growth and strategic objectives.Monitor and manage budget-related activities, including case spending and travel expenses, ensuring responsible stewardship of company resources.
- Support the development, negotiation, and implementation of profitable e-commerce agreements that align with company guidelines while delivering value for retail partners.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Who You Are:

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- 7+ years of experience in National Account sales, customer management, and business development.
- 7+ years of experience working with e-commerce business models, including industry trends, competitive landscape, distribution channels, customer acquisition, promotions, and product strategy.
- Digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills with experience in forecasting and sales performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing syndicated data sources and reporting tools, including Nielsen, IRI, inventory, and forecasting reports.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
