We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesStrong experience designing and building enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and reactive programming patternsPreferred experience with modern front-end development using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, reusable component design, forms, data grids, and spreadsheet-style user experiencesHands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, PostgreSQL, schema design, data modeling, migrations, and data-access patterns for business-critical applicationsExperience integrating distributed systems using service APIs, event-driven patterns, caching, secure service-to-service communication, and contract-driven developmentWorking knowledge of cloud-native engineering practices, including containers, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, API gateways, and environment configurationAbility to troubleshoot complex issues using logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, performance analysis, and root-cause investigation across user interface, API, data, and deployment layersDesired experience with scripting or automation languages such as Python, including use cases such as developer tooling, data validation, operational support, test automation, or workflow efficiencyDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
