Financial Experiences (FeX) exists to give customers modern solutions to control and manage their money. The product pillar spans products and capabilities across Checkout Business Account and balances, acceleration, FX, financial reporting and invoicing, pricing and billing, bank payouts, and client settlements.You will be a co-owner of product success in the pillar: shaping how we measure performance, building the data foundations and self-serve products required to support decision-making, and generating insights that influence roadmap priorities and product outcomes.What you will doYou will manage & lead a small team of analytics engineers and product analystsOwn the analytics roadmap for FeX, ensuring we are focused on the highest-value opportunities across product measurement, merchant insight, pricing, billing and funds managementDefine the measurement frameworks, north-star metrics, supporting KPIs, and decision mechanisms that help FeX teams understand whether products are creating value for merchants and for Checkout.com.Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure products are correctly instrumented, the right data is captured, and analytics output is trustworthy, scalable, and actionable.Deliver self-serve data products, dashboards, and analyses that help teams monitor performance, identify product improvement opportunities, and make better trade-offs faster.Increase the data maturity of the pillar by embedding rigorous, data-driven decision-making into discovery, prioritisation, launch measurement, and ongoing product development.What we’re looking forExperience leading analytics, product analytics, and/or analytics engineering in a product-led environment.Demonstrable experience in building descriptive measurement and delivering insights to evaluate product performance and validate impact.Experience delivering data products, self-serve analytics, and data models that support decision-making at scale.Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous business and product questions into clear, structured, data-informed recommendations.Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, align priorities, and scope analytical delivery in complex environments.Technical foundation in analytics engineering, ideally building data pipelines with DBT, working with cloud data warehouses, scheduling/orchestration of data pipelinesIdeally, experience in payments, fintech, financial products, pricing, billing, treasury, or adjacent financial domains.Additional InformationBring all of you to workWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and...
